Sam Bays was an excellent salesman. He didn't try to push anything on me, but put all my options on the table, which weren't many at first. He didn't give up even when the best deal offered was pretty lousy. He found a way to get me a great interst rate and a low monthly payment. I know he did his very best to make me a happy customer and it was not easy for him. He understood my personality quickly which helped me interact with him at ease. I am glad I went to Beford South Point Ford. I have been to several other dealerships and none, NONE, measure up. Even the level of hospitality was amazing- from him and everyone there. Even the owners were lovely to work with. Because of their expertise, at just 21 years old I drove off the lot in a brand new 2012 Ford Focus. I will only ever go to this dealership and only reccommend this one. A fantastic experience.

Sam Bays was my salesman. He wasnt the least bit pushy, as many sales people can be, and he took the time to get to know me, and what i was looking for in an automobile, before ever even mentioning a potential vehicle. Once i had decided what exactly i was looking for, Sam, and Mark Beford really 'went to bat' for me, with the financing people, to make sure i got the best deal possible. I was really impressed with the care and interest they both seem to have in the lives, and needs, of their customers. Going into Beford South Point Ford really seemed to be as close to a 'family' type of environment, as is possible in a car dealership. They really impressed me, and i will certainly be going there the next time i find myself ready to buy another vehicle.

I went to this dealership i was referred to purchase a pre owned car but received a much better intrest rate on a new focus so,I went that route.The salesman,Terry Howard wes very friendly and courteous.He did everything possible to make my visit to Beford Ford the most spectacular experience i have ever had at a dealership.Other associates there were also very courtrous.

I had a great experiece with ford company and Terry Howard. He walked me through the steps for getting me my new vehicle. He had a Can do attitude. and was very straight forward. He practically sold me the truck when i wasnt even there to buy one. But he helped me realize how good it feels to be in a brand new truck again!Terry Howard seemed to be content with his job and was very helpful

They were amazing! We went in with two vehicles looking for a vehicle w better gas mileage and lower mileage and they found the perfect one. They were closing when we were finishing up so they asked us to bring it back to detail and finish up the final bank paper work. Also, they fed us breakfast from Bob Evans because we had to come back. They were very accommodating and nice! Will definitely look for my next vehicle there!!

Went for oil change and tire rotation and drove off with the car I wanted 1 year ago when I purchased a Ford Focus. At that time I could not afford the Ford Escape so thought I would have to wait a few years. I was talking to Steve while waiting for the service on my car and told him how the Escape was my goal to own. He made it happen! On a payment I can afford and now I have the Ford I always wanted. Told Steve he would not see me for a few years cause I plan on keeping this on a long time!
P.S. Steve was wonderful. Easy to talk to, felt no pressure at all. It seemed important to him that I could have the vechile I really wanted. Hope he stays with Beford. He is the salesman I would want to deal with when I do trade again.

I made my first visit to Beford Auto solely to check out the 2012 Ford Escape. Not only was I impressed with the car, but the entire crew at Beford Auto made me feel comfortable right away. My salesman, Terry Howard, was knowledgeable, friendly, and very accomodating. I quickly realized the Escape was definitely the right car and Beford was the right place to buy. They took the time to explain each feature of the car, and they made sure all my questions were answered. Impressive experience!

Since the sale of my car nearly nine months ago, my salesman, Quander Wilson, has followed up with me several times making sure that all of my questions have been addressed. In addition, the customer service department has been wonderful. I've had two appointments for routine maintenance. During the first appointment, my car was detailed, and the oil was changed. The technician took the time to show me how to properly care for the special paint on my car and even gave me a spray cleaner to use when I wash it. The manager also gave me paperwork for a rebate. During the second appointment, the oil was changed, and the tires were rotated. The technician also checked for wear on component parts and installed new wipers because he noticed streaking on the windshield. He explained that this was covered by the warranty, so the new wipers were installed at no additional cost to me. Overall, my experience with Beford Ford has been extremely positive. Quander is a conscientious salesman, and the technicians in the service department have been efficient and thorough.

I had been car shopping for three weeks looked at every vehicle in a twenty mile radius. I was looking for a new company vehicle and had a set budget that I needed to stay under. Terry was able to show me that I would be able to get "more vehicle" for my money. By using a year end rebate program that I didn't know about (but he did) I was able to get $6000.00 more car for $900.00 less money than I had planned. Getting more for less is a great.

I am a big fan of the full-size Ford products(Crown Victoria, Grand Marquis) and bought a 2004 Crown Vic last year at Beford Ford. Recently I needed tires, and an email from Beford conveniently arrived notifying me of a tire sale. When I went to Beford to buy tires, I ran into Steve Bowker who I had dealt with before. Steve showed me a loaded 2010 Mercury Grand Marquis. After taking a short drive in the Grand Marquis, I had to have it. Steve, together with the sales manager and the finance manager, made the process pretty painless. I was soon on my way home in my new(to me)Grand Marquis. I would recommend Beford Ford to anyone looking for a new, or pre-owned Ford.

This auto dealership was the MOST friendly, honest, upfront, professional dealership I have ever dealt with in my 66 years. They gave me a very fair train-in value for my transmission troubled 2003 Chevy Trailblazer and saved me as much money as they could by offering me corporate warranty discounts. They were upfront by showing me all costs and fees that I would incur and even showed me the CarFax without my asking for it. The three employees mentioned above really made me feel right at home and were genuinely interest in my needs. The sales staff listened to my desires and needs and recommended a vehicle according to my lifestyle and product requirements and payment range. They did not try to show and push something that I could not afford or did not want. They were adamant about their making full disclosure. I appreciated such professionalism and courtesy. I just cannot say too many nice things about this dealership. As a matter of fact, I have already refered a potential customer to Bedford South Point Ford.
I related to them that my vehicle was having tranmission troubles and I was in need of transportation. They could have taken advantage of my somewhat difficult situation ,since I was visiting the area from Pennsylvania, but did not.
Monica Runyon assisted me with my title transfer, payment arrangements with the banks, all paper work and warranty information. Monica did these tasks efficiently, cheerfully and professionally. These employees did an exemplary job for me the customer and represented Bedford South Point Ford and Ford Motor Corporation in a commendable fashion.

We went in looking for a used truck thinking we could not afford a new one. John Ford (ironic isn't it) listened to what we needed, worked out a deal where we drove off with a brand new truck! Staff was great, felt like a home town dealer. No push, no pull just honest assessment of our needs and working to meet them. Will be back later for a Fusion for my wife.

Wow! What a great dealership! Mark and Connie seem to treat their customers like family and went above an beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the new truck. Steve Bowker was my salesman. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Missy was the finance person and she went out of her way to make sure I got the best rates. JL Mick was the sales manager and was also very helpful. Gary, the guy in charge of detailing the vehicles, also did a great job. He made sure the new truck was sparkling when I drove it off the lot. Coincidently, I also had another vehicle in for servicing and, as usual, the folks in the service department were a pleasure to work with. All in all, there is nothing negative that I can say about this dealership. Mark and Connie and the other folks at Beford Ford really made my car buying experience a lot of fun and I would highly recommend this dealership to others.

I was trying to buy a car in my hometown and they told me they could get me one like I wanted if I ordered it and gave a deposit, so I did. Then I get a phone call 4 weeks later and they tell me, well I can't get you the car until October now. Mind you I never I got a receipt for the money I put down nor did they mail it to me. So I make a phone call yeterday to Beford Ford and spoke to Sam Bays and he acted like he wanted to sell me a car and he would do anything he could to make me happy. So we made the 1 hr 30 min drive this morning and we left with a New Fusion instead of a Focus and it was only 30.00 more a month and 3% less on the financing. Beford Ford and Sam Bays showed me why there slogan is Connie cares. She even came over and talked to us at our table we were setting at for a while. We are completely satisfied with are experience in buying a car at Beford Ford.

This made the 2nd F 150 in a year that we have bought off Beford Ford and Sam Bays. The service was great in the sales & service dept. We even had a mix up and they took care of it after the sale. So I was impressed with that because most places you buy when you pull off the curb it's your baby and they won't attempt to help you in anyway. But they went above and beyond before and after the sale.
